How do I come out?

There is no one right or wrong way to ‘Come Out’. There are no hard and fast rules – it is a different experience for every one of us!

Who do you come out to?

Yourself?

Sometimes acknowledging to yourself that you are attracted to people of the same sex is difficult enough. Then there is doing something about it. Who can you turn to? Who can you trust? How will people respond?

Al of these are questions most lesbian and gay people have asked themselves and other at one time or another.

If you feel you want to talk to someone in confidence, who will understand, get in touch by telephoning us and speaking to one of our trained volunteers.
